Hey Parents, Here’s a great time management tip from my friends Lisa and YaVonna of Illinois.  Try planning your meals our for the week or even 2weeks at a time. It’s a great stress reducer because everyone in the house will already know “What’s for Dinner”.

Further benefits of this plan is it helps with your grocery list. You can be more specific with that list and resist the temptation to shop without a list.  The list will help you save money in the long run.
